Brief Answer:
Possible sebaceous cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I saw carefully your photo, read your query and I understand your concern.

The white pimple seems nothing to worry about. It is a sebaceous cyst, and if it doesn't get inflamed, you don't need to do anything about it.
The fact that it doesn't give you any discomfort or problems in urination, confirms it. You can decide to remove it sometime in the future if you want. But these is nothing locally you can use to remove that.
If you have never done the STI testing, you can do them to make sure that they are negative. I don't see any relation with the presence of the cyst though. and I think your risk of STI is low.

I can tell that you have difficulty of pulling back your foreskin. I would recommend to get circumcised because you may have problems in the future.

Hope this is helpful.

Hi thank you for your reply I'm happy now that it's not any kind of problem & this morning I did a home remedy treatment for the sebaceous cyst in my foreskin by adding one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar with water I did 10 minutes massage & the cyst came off now it looks very clear and there's no pain or any kind of discomfort so is it normal
