Question : how do I treat seborrhea? Is a fungus involved?

Use antifungal shampoo

Thanks for the query.
Seborrhea means excessive sebum production from sebaceous glands.
This sebum gets infected by fungus.
Usually anti fungal shampoos give good relief.
You can try sebowash (flucinolone) shampoo and 8x (ciclopirox) shampoo on alternate days.
