Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). O have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.
You seem to have Seborrheic Dermatitis which in addition to dandruff on scalp i.e scalp flaking and itching may also present with dull red, scaly patches at various areas on face e.g forehead (near anterior hairline), glabella, eyebrows, eyelids, sides of nose, chin and upper lip. The patches are usually itchy.
I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream (flutivate cream), 2x daily for a few days.

Brief Answer:
Regarding seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Flutivate is a topical steroid cream. Use it twice daily x7 days on affected skin on face. Seborrheic dermatitis is a steroid responsive condition and you can expect excellent improvement in your skin condition with this steroid cream in about a week to 10 days time. Thereafter you may discontinue this cream.
However, since many a times the condition tends to return back once the patient is taken off the steroid cream and because topical steroids cannot be used forever therefore an alternative for patients with frequent recurrences is to use a topical non steroid alternative e,g pimecrolimus 1% cream or tacrolimus 0.1% ointment which are not only effective for mild to moderately severe involvement but can also be used for maintaining improvement achieved with the steroid cream.

Regards
