I did upload two photos
Brief Answer:
Either psoriasis or lichen planus
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed both the photographs.
According to me their are few possibilities: either psoriasis or lichen planus.
In either of the condition I recommend my patients to apply steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the raised plaque twice daily for two weeks.
This is a prescription medicine and you need to see the doctor in person to get it.
This spot should show improvement.
