Septic arthritis needs drainage / antibiotics. Rest need symptomatic cure
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Septic arthritis has two mainstay of treatments. Joint drainage and anibiotics. Joint drainage is either by a needle, an arthroscope or an open surgery. Adequate analgesia and broad spectrum antibiotics are necessary here.
Rest the gout will need medication compliance and keeping uric acid levels in check and avoiding triggers that exacerbate gout. Stage 4 kidney disease is end stage renal disease and there is not much doctors can do about it except supportive care.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
