Brief Answer:
Yes, should consult with your physician and run following tests...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the health situation you are going through.

Severe diarrhea and bad dry heaves are suggestive of acute gastroenteritis (bowel infection). As it has been set suddenly, virus is the most probable cause.

Severe diarrhea (frequent bowel movements) can lead to dehydration (loss of fluids and electrolytes). It's important to keep well hydrated: drink plenty of water and oral rehydration salts (ORS) you find over the counter.

Dry heaves are associated with pressure on the chest as you tend to vomit (but do not succeed). That pressure can partially explain why you feel chest pain that is relieved by taking aspirin.

Next, fever and sweats are suggestive of infection inside your body that should be further evaluated for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Complete blood count, stool examination and culture, abdominal ultrasound are recommended as further diagnostic steps.
You should consult with your physician and discuss to run these tests.

Meanwhile, take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora, tasectan or pepto bismol for diarrhea and keep well hydrated until you see your physician.

Wish fast recovery!
