Question : I am currently taking pristiq 50 mg for about a month,..I also take melatonin at night for sleep, have a terrible problem with restless legs and confusion any suggestions

It is likely due to weaning of past medicines mainly abilify. If abilify can be added in small dose at night again you may be fine. Desvenlafexine does not not cause such side effect generally.
