Question : I have a severe stomach bloating problem from past 2 years. It is maximum while sitting, reduces a little bit while walking and completely gone when I am laying down. It increases in case of overeating or eating spicy foods and reduces if I eat boiled/steamed food and if in less quantity. I am taking medicines like Sompraz IT(Esomeoprazole) & Pankreoflat for several weeks but without relief. Apart from bloating I have severe mouth ulcers from past 3-4 years if I eat spicy or oily food. In my thinking both are different problems. Doctors never suggested Endoscopy inspite of my insistence because I dont have a problem of acidity/belching. No blood or loose stool or abnormal colour of stool. Bloating always persists whenever I am awake and sitting. Its never gone.

The treatment remains little bit of your effort in this case ,like avoiding spicy n oily food .
avoid stress and have proper sleep.
have a walk or some kind of physical activity is must .
Wait atleast 1 hour after your dinner before going to sleep .
with all the above you can start taking tab razo-l for atleast a month period daily with syp gavisicon 3 tsf 15 mins after each meal.
