Question : Hi my wife taken one mifepristone 200 mg orally (34 days after last menstruum) 06.10.2016 at 6.00 pm and inserted four Misoprostol -200 mcg vaginally 48 hrs after mifepristone on 08.10.2016 at 6.00 pm . After 12 hrs only mucous is coming with one tablet intact ... abdominal cramping .... what should I do?

The bleeding can start after 3-5 days.

The first thing that needs to be done before taking the tablets for abortion is to confirm the pregnancy. If the urine test was strongly positive before taking the tablets then you need not worry. The bleeding may take 3-5 days to start after taking the tablets. Just wait and let the bleeding start on its own.
