Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Cramps

default
Posted on Mon, 28 Nov 2016
Question: I get severe abdominal cramps that trigger spasms so severe it causes me to heave. I don't normally vomit unless I had just finished a meal. I get very hot and I sweat profusely. The cramps last about 40 minutes and are severe enough that it consumes me. I have had three CTscans and an ultrasound...and nothing out of the ordinary.

Brief Answer:
You have some intestinal issues which need investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thanks for your question.
You probably have some intestinal issues and could be Irritable bowel syndrome.
How are your stools? Are they regular?
You should consult a Gastroenterologist who can examine you and probably do an Upper GI Endoscopy to see whether all is well inside.
This investigation would be able to tell what is wrong.
They can then start medication for your problem.
Meanwhile you can take Tab Buscopan for the cramps as and when they occur.
Take care and do let me know if there are any queries on this issue.
Regards,
