Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting
Question: I am having upper and middle abdominal pain since last 1 month. It has become acute.. With vomiting in the early morning, the vomit consisting of white substances.. Also suffering from huge weight loss..stool test has shown undigested starch, vegetable cells.. What is the cause of my problem and what should i do?

Consult a General Surgeon and/ or a Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation, examination for clinical diagnosis and advise you proper investigations:
Tests of blood: CBC, thyroid, liver, pancreas's functions and others as directed by clinical picture.
Repeat stool test.
Urine tests.
Upper GI endoscopy.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen.
Colonoscopy and additional tests if required as per clinical picture.
Very proper diagnosis is the basis of successful management, once this is done then only proper management can be done.
