Question : I am having upper and middle abdominal pain since last 1 month. It has become acute.. With vomiting in the early morning, the vomit consisting of white substances.. Also suffering from huge weight loss..stool test has shown undigested starch, vegetable cells.. What is the cause of my problem and what should i do?

Thanks for your query.
Read the history and understood the concerns.
Pain in abdomen, vomiting in morning and weight loss along with stool test indicate that you may be suffering from gastritis and pancreatitis along with liver problems as you have mentioned.
Hence to get a proper diagnosis I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon and/ or a Gastroenterologist for clinical evaluation, examination for clinical diagnosis and advise you proper investigations:
Tests of blood: CBC, thyroid, liver, pancreas's functions and others as directed by clinical picture.
Repeat stool test.
Urine tests.
Upper GI endoscopy.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen.
Colonoscopy and additional tests if required as per clinical picture.
Very proper diagnosis is the basis of successful management, once this is done then only proper management can be done.
