Question : past 9 hours im having loosmotion 6 times, im having pain in abdominal,
feeling like vomting, gass problem

Hi,
Thank for your query,
I understand your concern. You symptoms reveal you had food poisoning which lead to gastroenteritis.
You can take Tab NORFLOX TZ twice daily (after food) and Tab SOMPRAZ 40mg twice daily (before food) for 5days, but get a prescription from your doctor for these medications.
You can take sporolac sachets 4-5 times a day.Drink plenty of fluids
Avoid citrus fruits, alcohol, spicy food
Take bland diet.
