Brief Answer:
Intestinal obstruction has to be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
In case of Intestinal blockage / obstruction, there will be distension of abdomen, vomiting and absolute constipation. If these symptoms are present, then it is a serious one. Since you don't have those associated complaints, it is advisable to get a plain xray abdomen. It will give a clue.
If you had not passed stool for 7 days without vomiting and distension, then it could be due to slow peristalsis or impacted faecal matter. It has to evacuated by enema.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
