Brief Answer:
Hello dear. It suggest gasteroenteritis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through the details. So the symptoms suggest acute gastro enteritis. You will require a short course of antibiotics along with plenty of fluids like oral rehydration solution. This shoild work and symptom subside ina couple of days.
If symptoms persist, then a stool examination followed by colonoscopy may be required.

Thanks and regards
