Brief Answer:
You should rule out Chronic Mesenteric ischemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic and Thanks for your question.
Probably your Doctors have ruled out everything and they are on the right track.
There is only one doubt left and that is Chronic mesenteric ischaemia, in which pain occurs about half an hour after meals.
Have you lost any weight in the last four years?
This is due to decrease in blood supply to the intestines due to partial or complete blockage of the arteries supplying trhe intestines. You could get a CT Angiography done in consultation with a Vascular Surgeon. This would tell the status of your arteries and whether anything needs to be done. Or you could share the report with me and I could guide you through. This is how we manage such cases at our Vascular Center where I work.
Take care and please do let me know if there are any queries on this issue.
I would look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for the information. I have lost about 25 pounds in the last four years. Also, I also have back pain that the doctor says is arthritis. I'm not sure if it is related to my stomach issues

Brief Answer:
Chronic mesenteric ischemia is possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your answer.
Weight loss and back pain could both be features of Chronic mesenteric ischemia.
Please get a CT Angiogram done as I suggested and let me know the report.
Then only could I come to a diagnosis and offer any treatment thereof.
Take care and do let me know.
Do not worry.
