Brief Answer:
Needs antitubercular therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
First, I think you should check yourself for lymph node in neck or armpit.
If there is a lymph node enlargement, a simple FNAC will resolve this issue.
Second, in case there is no palpable lymph nodeenlargement, I would suggest that you try anti tuberculosis treatment .
It's very frequently very difficult for one to get a definite diagnosis of tuberculosis.
In such patients a trial of this treatment is justified and in my experience, very frequently beneficial.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal
