Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain While On Zantac

Question: i've been having pain in my upper stomach right below by breast bone. the pain goes all the way through to my upper back. i had an egd 3 years ago and was told i had severe inflammation with some form of hyperplasia? not sure of the word. my doctor gave me zantac 150 mg 2 x a day. in the beginning it was okay but after a year i began having the symptoms i'm having now off and on. i was taken off zantac and given prilosec once a day. it helped for a while but now the symptoms are back again. its been on now for 2 months now. my upper stomach bulges out and over the past 4 days i have gained 5 pounds. my doctor had me on contrave to help me loose weight but i'm no longer on that. i only lost 9 lbs on that over a 2 month period. i feel swollen. can you help me

you could be having acute severe gastritis which has been proven by endoscopy.
If you are not ok with prisolec please go back on Zantac.
Diet management could also help you. please stop eating oily and spicy food
Be liberal on the use of curds and curd products it will definitely help you
Keep up your timings with regards to food.
Avoid stress
Weight loss by having low Carbohydrate, low fat diet and exercise will definitely help you
