Brief Answer:
Rush to ER

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Noted your query, very short.
Please give some details:
Where exactly is the pain?
Any referred pain to back, chest, shoulder or groin/thigh/scrotum?
Nausea, vomiting, loose motions, constipation?
Bloating?
Any other symptoms like sweating, giddiness/black-outs?

I think, one should rush to ER or the nearest Hospital as the system prevails for clinical evaluation, examination and relevant investigations including EKG, X-ray, Ultrasound, tests of blood, urine and as required to get a preliminary diagnosis as soon as possible; also to get the treatment to become pain-free and obviously the definitive treatment.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries and give feedback too.
