I have lost a lot of weight lately. I am diabetic and have lost the weight to get my blood sugar levels back to normal. But I have been trying to lose weight for several years because I found out I weighed 315 pounds at one time and asked my doctor at the time how to get the weight off without being on a regular diet because I knew I couldn't do it that way. So over the past few years I have lost from 315 to 226 slowly. But the last ten pounds or so have been lost recently. I'm not hungry like I used to be. But some of it was from stress.
