Question : my 3 years old has been having stomach spasms every thirty minutes or so for about 24 hrs cant get any sleep due to this pain. No vomiting or diarrhea no fever, does have nausea and loss of appetite, screams with pain when spasm starts, then after about 30 seconds goes away.
Brief Answer:
Visit an ER immediately
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question. I would recommend you to visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation immediately at ER. This is to rule out any pathological cause such as intussuception, bowel obstruction or renal colics which can lead to such symptoms at this age. If suspected then they will advise you for an ultrasound abdomen. These emergencies can be easily managed if diagnosed early.
Hopefully it will be of help.
Take care
