Question : My baby his 8weeks old, he suffering from gas trouble and his not doing motion correctly. So can I give colicaid drop?
How to give drops to baby.

Thanks for asking the query

Passing stools 6-8 times a day or once in 4-5 days is normal in this age.
Colicaid contains Simethicon,Dill oil and Fennel oil. Simethicon works by expelling the gas and provides relief,while the oils helps in improving the motility and spasm.
In baby of age 8 weeks it can be given in a dose of 10 drops three times a day after consulting a physician.

You may give the drops directly.If needed it can be mixed with expressed breast milk too.I won't recommend you to give water to the baby.
