Brief Answer:
Hello, looks like she has food infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to hcm
I understand your concern
Well likely she has intestinal infection more than acidity.
Usually these are self limiting infections with improve with symptoms for which cyclopam is a good drug, however if she develops severe pain, vomiting, fever or bloody diarrhoea then needs to be evaluated by a local physician and may need a course of antibiotics under his supervision .
Ensure she consumes healthy hygienic diet with clean potable water.
Can continue with zintac an mild antacid.
