Brief Answer:
Chronic indigestion

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query in Healthcaremagic.com.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

I understand your concern.
You are having chronic indigestion problem. This is quite common now-a-days owing to busy life and improper diet schedule.
In patients presenting with the above symptoms, I generally prescribe the following-

Diet modification- avoiding fatty, spicy food and taking lots of oral fluid; also, taking high fiber diet helps in bulk formation and easy excretion. Avoidance of alcohol and smoking if any is also important. Take small meals at frequent intervals, fix a time of having meals.
Exercise- regular exercise in form of brisk walking, cycling, swimming etc enhances metabolism. Also, reduce weight if you are obese or overweight.
Medicine- taking pantoprazole-levosulpiride or pantoprazole-domperidone for 1 month will be very useful. Alongwith, you can use antacids when required. Take probiotics like lactobacillus for 3 weeks also.
You can consult your family or local doctor and get the above prescribed.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
