Brief Answer:
Remedy for acne

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have noted your concern.

I suggest you may use Clindac A 1% solution for day time application and Epiduo gel for night time application over acne affected area. In addition to these you may take doxycycline (Cap. Microdox LBX 100mg) twice daily for 3-4 weeks.

Use a gentle cleanser for face wash e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion, twice daily.

Unless you are overweight, there are no specific dietary modifications except that you may reduce on dairy products, sweets, pizzas, cold drinks etc if you take them too often. These are high calorie food items and can cause hormonal fluctuations which may lead to acne.
