Brief Answer:
Relapsing Acne vulgaris

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

I can understand your concern for relapses of pimples, also called acne vulgaris at this age.

You may be having inflammatory acne, which might cause lot of embarrassment and might affect the quality of life.

I would suggest..

- avoid stress,anxiety and tension
- if you are taking pills as contraceptives, stop it and have alternative method
- drugs like steroid,vitamin B12,iodine,isonex..etc might exacerbate
- avoid excessive sun exposure
- avoid travelling
- take proper sleep
- avoid oily food, cream and sweets
- take antibiotic like azithromycin 500 mg consecutively thrice a week for few months
- apply clindamycine or benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel daily at night
- cleanse the face with antiseptic like cetaphil lotion
- if you have dandruff, cleanse the scalp with ketoconazole shampoo
- have patience

I hope this would help you.. However, you consult the dermatologist.

Thanks.
