Question : Every morning I feel extremely tired. I want to do a test on my adrenal fatigue. Can you please advise how to do a lab test for adrenal fatigue? What can I follow to keep my adrenal gland energised?

Check the cortisol level.

Thank you for asking!

To test the adrenal gland function you need to check the cortisol level at 8.00 a.m. You need to be fasting and have a good rest and sleep during the night.

If it results to be low then a stimulation test with synacten may be needed.

I would also advice to check the thyroid hormones ( TSH, Ft4), testosterone level and Vit D level.
A low level of each of them may cause fatigue.
