Brief Answer:
HIV test, discharge examination & STD screening

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The location and distribution of rash is suggestive of 'diaper rash'.
Diaper rash is the name given due to its location and it may not be necessarily due to a diaper.
Fungal infection is common at this site, however, other possibilities have also to be considered.
Since, no medication is effective against the rash, I suggest you to get a HIV test done for both type 1 and 2.
Further the mucus discharge from the pimples should be sent for microbiological examination.
Serological test for all sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) should be sent.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for prescription of these tests.
Avoid unprotected sexual contact till the infection is treated.

Thanks and take care
