Brief Answer:
Your NSTMI may be due to underlying anemia and diabetes.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question and your all reports.
I can understand your concern.

You have history of Type 2 diabetes.

Then you developed severe anemia and myocardial infarction.

Anemia and diabetes both are risk factor for myocardial infarction you have both this.

Your anemia is investigated and its due to aplastic crisis. In Aplastic crisis there is reduction of blood elements formation from bone marrow and it leads to anemia. Other cause of anemia is ruled out.

Your gastritis and retinitis pigmentosa is unrelated. However diabetes has relation with your blindness and retinitis pigmentosa.

Now your hemoglobin level is ok.

You should continue your aspirin and clopidogrel (blood thinner) to avoid further attack. Continue your other medications as advised.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
