Question : I have been taking by rid 40mg for a year for depression. I feel it somewhat helped with the sadness at first, but now I am more depressed and have no concentration to complete tasks and feel very restless. My energy level is at a minimal and have no interest in anything including work ect. I just have no motivation. I researched and seen cases where Wellbutrin or adderal or other stimulants will help? I don't see a psychiatrist and my pcp doesn't seem to understand how bad it is and how this lack of concentration/motivation is affecting me. Is there an online Doctor that could help?

First of all I feel the dose of Vybrid should be increased. Presence of effect initially and than losing the efficacy suggests the dose is inadequate and we should go for higher dose. I must acknowledge that effective dose of Vybrid is 40-80 mg per day and we can increase the dose safely.
