Question: currently in college, has been having problem concentrating growing up. (Was told I experience ADHD symptoms around age 13, but never on medication consistently ) Always want to chit chat and move around in class, and while I'm not doing that it's like I kind of spaced out and or anxiety and lack of motivation at times. It's getting a little more obvious during midterms and finals week.
I have been exercising yoga, tried study group didn't quite work. I would like to consider short term medication. Please help! Thank you
