Brief Answer:
Give more details

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Brain aneurysm surgery and it's manifestation depends upon the location of aneurysm. complications of surgery also depends upon many factors.
Anxiety and abnormal tongue posture doesn't correlate. There may be possibility of movement disorder dystonia and even seizures. You need to provide the actual status and other comorbid conditions for better advice. If you doctor haven't discussed about these possibilities, you can initiate the discussion.

Post operative anxiety or panic attacks or Icu psychosis is usually short lasting and all blood parameters is to be checked.

In a nutshell, the details provided here are too broad for us to arrive at a possible conclusion. Yet, you might consider discussing about the aforementioned possibilities with her treating doctor. Do get back to me for further queries.
