Hello and thanks for your question.

I'm sorry you are suffering so much. The good news is that anxiety with agoraphobia is very treatable. An SSRI antidepressant and/or cognitive behavioral therapy can treat this. It is important for the sake of your child that you seek immediate treatment. Do you have any family who can help you get to an appointment?

I do have family that can help me but I am so scared to go to the appointment cause all the psychiatrists around me are 45 mins away and I feel so sick and so scared to go I don't think I will make it. I was looking for online psychiatrists but I can't find anything :( I feel so lost and hopeless. My doctor prescribed wellbutrin but I am so scared of the nausea being a side effect as I am already experiencing bad nausea from the pregnancy. I just want to crawl out of my skin until the baby is born...

I would call a member of your family that you love and trust, and have them drive you to an appointment as soon as possible. Psychiatrists cannot adequately treat this problem online, it is not possible. But this is very treatable by going to your psychiatrist. You need to do this for your own health and the health of your baby. You will get better!
