Brief Answer:
please add an anti anxiety medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hello

The problem in your case is not that of addiction but of ineffective control of anxiety disorder.

Seraquil is certified for treating psychosis, bipolar disorder, insomnia & as adjunct for managing depression. It is not a primary anti anxiety medicine.

In your case seraquil is being used at almost maximum daily dosage (800mg) for managing anxiety disorder ( you havent clearly mentioned the diagnosis anywhere). So, here the drug will provide only relaxation and sleep...but as soon as the effect of drug weans out you have anxiety again...

So, please ask your treating team to give you an anti anxiety medicine like: sertraline or paroxetine or venalafaxine or mirtazapine etc., to take care of the problem.

The symptoms of anxiety which you have in morning hours can be similar to withdrawal of an addictive agent; but this is not due to addiction of seroquil here in your case (as per my knowledge).

Adding a proper anti anxiety medicine will treat you and stop these attacks.

Hope the reply helps. Feel free to ask more questions for clarification.

Wish you good health & speedy recovery.
