Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety While On Ciproflaxin

I should advise that I have an anxiety problem, so this makes it difficult for me to differentiate between something serious or not. I am also not near a real hospital. I do have some magnesium b16, but was unsure if this is something I should take as I am unsure if I am having a reaction to the ciproflaxin or not?
Unlikely but possible.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
Ciprofloxacin has been reported to cause some joint and tendon issues. They are rare but well recognized. I wouldn't assume for that to be the case though. That is because usually that happens in older patients, in high dosages (yours is the lowest dose), suffering from diabetes, kidney failure, taking corticosteroids, having prior joint and tendon issues etc. Also usually it takes more time than only 3 pills.
So I really doubt that it is the cause of your complaints, given your age and lack of above mentioned risk factors. For that reason if really necessary I would give it some time.
That being said one must consider also whether it is really necessary or not. Most times what you describe as crud is of a viral origin and antibiotics are given more as a precaution to prevent a bacterial infection. So if symptoms appear to increase I wouldn't risk it anymore (unlikely as I would think for Cipro to be the cause) and interrupt it, as perhaps its necessity isn't that vital after all.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.

As to the crud; four of us had a cold+sinus congestion for about 4-5 days followed by 2-3 days of being fine, in turn followed by continuous hacking/coughing (with lesser congestion not causing as much pain), with some occasional yellow phlegm (note, only once or twice per day out of all the constant coughing). Doctor I saw thought it might be the wind out of the sahara that blows down to this area bringing stuff with it causing allergies/infection. I was taking the ciproflaxin which he wanted to replace with Binozyt 500mg, which I have never taken, and since there is no epipen here, do not want to risk finding out I'm alergic to; which is why I stuck with the cidproflaxin.
I have some light pain in my left shoulder, right top of foot, shins, as well, but nothing massively painful. I did forget to mention that I took ciproflaxin for 14 days in October/November 2016 and that I do occasionally get tendinitis in my arms/hands; as well as sciatic pain in back/legs (last major sciatic episode was in August 2016, last tendonitis pain was 21 December 2016). My apologies for forgetting to tell you this.

Thank you for the additional information.
I still feel that Ciprofloxacin is not that vital to your case, as I said it seems to have been given more as a precaution. Often the use of decongestants and antihistaminics, salt water solutions are enough and antibiotics are not needed. So if you're sure these symptoms appeared only after Ciprofloxacin perhaps it isn't worth taking the risk as the benefit might not that much.
If antibiotics are really needed (I'm not convinced they are) Azithromycin (Binozyt) is a very effective medication for upper airway infection, it is first line therapy unlike Ciprofloxacin. I understand your fear of allergies given your reaction to penicillin, but it doesn't have any cross reaction with penicillin, is not related to allergic reactions in penicillin allergic patients.
Let me know if I can further assist you.
