Brief Answer:
She needs help

Detailed Answer:
Dear Raghava,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concern.

First of all occasional abnormal behavior is quite common across the human population and we hardly need to bother about it. Having said this continuous suspiciousness and doing harm is completely indicative of psychiatric illness. Although it will be premature to say something with available piece of information suspicion without any base is indicative of serious illness. Due to suspicion person behaves abnormally and implicates others despite evidence.

In my view she need to be evaluated by psychiatrist without delay. Untreated condition likely to allow her illness to progress and cause more problems than any benefits. This is important because mental status examination, essential part of diagnosis process need to be done.

I hope this helps you.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
