Brief Answer:
Probably a bit of all of them!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I understand you are somewhat too worried about your health status and most especially about the heart. While it is normal for all of us to be concerned about our health status, it is really not the best idea when this gets to extend that much so as to affect our level of functioning. These symptoms are more of anxiety and would fit into the context of the ongoing hypochondriac issues. I will suggest that believe in the medical evaluations and the reassurances over the years. If there were anything abnormal, the tests would have picked them up and your doctor would have communicated them to you. No one would keep anything abnormal away from you. This is to say when you are told it is normal, it is for real so so normal.

Be calm, relax, take deep breaths in and out, exercise and think about great moments and times. Believe in your physicians and you would not experience these symptoms that often.

Am truly proud of you. Making that conscious decision to stop smoking is a daunting task to many. You have done so and I must congratulate you for such a tremendous effort with great benefits on your health. Keep up and never let anyone or anything take you there again. You've been there and you can clearly say this is not ideal.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be. As always, am available for more related exchanges if you wish.
