Question : I had fever yesterday night and fever of 99.5degrees now. I have back pain and leg pain only on the left side. the pain is slightly less when I lie down instead of sitting. Is this something to be worried about?

You could be suffering from a simple viral infection. Such infections are often associated with malaise or body ache. That could be the cause of the mentioned pain. I do not think that it is something that you need to worry about. Taking paracetamol or acetaminophen would provide relief.
