Question : Hi

Am masturbating since the age of 12 years..

Now am 35 years married and having two kids..

These days am feeling severe regular back ache and memory loss..

Is it caused by masturbation... Wht treatment you suggest for this..

I can understand your concerns

As you told that you are masturbating since 12years.backache and memory loss are not related to masturbation.so you need to take tension.

I would like to suggest you that you should take pain killer like ibuprofen to relieve backache and should do physiotherapy and postural exercises too.

Memory loss may be because of stress. You can take piracetam (prescription drug) .consult your doctor about this issue.
