Brief Answer:
It is acute cholecystitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Thank you for posting your question on Health Care Magic.
Your symptoms are suggestive of acute cholecystitis. Which means your gall bladder is swollen rending it non functional.
I would like you to answer a few questions, do you have any fever? and did the ultrasound scan show any collection in the gallbladder?
Meanwhile I would recommend you to drink plenty of water and keep yourself well hydrated.
If you have any fever you will have to be started on flagyl which metronidazole 500mg thrice a day for 7 days.
If possible upload the scan reports.
For pain you can take Tab Buscopan which is hyoscine chloride 10mg as and when need arises.
Hope this helps
Best wishes
