Question: I'm in pain, my upper back, the pain is very intense. I have seen five doctors already, X-Ray, CT scan and none of them have seen any probable cause for such pain. I've taken more than five different medications like, meloxicam, gabapentin, naproxen, tramadol, nothing work. I'm going crazy, I cannot sleep at night, in pain all day. I don't really know what to do. (No MRI, I have a Pacemaker implanted). Please help me !!!!. Thank You. XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
This could be a muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you writing in healthcare magic.

Based on your data I think you should know that in most cases, this pain is mechanical, it is not caused by a serious medical condition, such as inflammatory arthritis or fracture.

So, I suggest to arrange your posture, don't sit down for a long time and should try massage , k- laser therapy and chiropractor to improve your pain.

I hope my answer helps you.
Regards.
