                                            Possibility of lumbosacral radiculopathy
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Low back pain in this age is commonly due to lumbosacral radiculopathy due to degenerative spine disease.
Is there any history of radiation to lower limb, any weakness, sensory loss, urinary complains?
Any history of trauma?
Is there any previous imaging done?
Pain killers and muscle relaxant may help along with physiotherapy.
X-ray or Mri may be required depending upon clinical findings on examination.
Avoid lifting weights, stooping forward, squatting position.
Please visit and get examined by a neurologist.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
