                                            I have a very bad back pain which is now become a regular day today problem. Now after delivery it has become even more worse.
I have severe pain in my centre spine and lower back. I am not sure how to explain - the pain is such i cant rest my body straight on my back when i ly down flat on my back.
I have tried various medicines and treatment - but is of no use.
Now, i have also joint pains which is troubling me..
Can you please help.

Thank you for the post.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Spine related problems like Lumbar spondylosis, Spondylolisthesis, Disc prolapse or Arthritis can cause your symptoms. I would advice you to get imaging studies like X ray/ CT scan to confirm them.
Pelvic inflammatory disease, Endometriosis (even though both are rare possibilities in your case) should also be ruled out.
Tests for Rheumatoid Arthritis should be done for your joint pain.
You can take Tramadol injections for pain if other over the counter drugs are not helping you.
