Question : I have severe back pain. What to do & what not to do. What to take for quick relief.

Hello,
You can consider all of the following for severe back pain. Once the pain is relieved it should be addressed by the Orthopedic surgeon for the cause
1) Rest on flat and firm mattress or surface for at least 24 hours and not more than that is beneficial
2) VOLINI gel over the area with hot fomentation
3) Tab HIFENAC P one tablet three times with meal or after meal
Once the pain is relieved it is better to meet a doctor to ascertain the cause of the same.
