Question : I have pain upper right back area, which increases when I take a deep breath

Sometimes gallstones produce pain reflected in the thorax area

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

I can understand your concern.

According to the history that the pain increases in deep breathing it would be better for you to exclude lung diseases and to do the following tests:

Hemogram
CRP
Chest X ray
ECG
Troponin CK-MB

If the results are negative than this pain might be due to gallstones situation.

Usually gallstones produce pain which it Usually gallstones produce pain and it is easily confused with chest pain with lung origin.

Please discuss with your doctor for your symptoms and h/she will prescribe these tests and will advice you further.
