Backache can be due to many reasons like muscle spasm, improper posture, dehydration, slip disc, etc.
You can try these home remedies:
- Do some stretching exercises.
- Drink plenty of fluids minimum 3 liters.
- Try over the counter medicines such as volini, tab. myospaz one to two times a day after food.
- Apply ice compress first one to two days followed by heat compress.
- Posture: First concentrate on the area near your waist, then your chest area, and finally your neck and shoulders. Try to feel which position is least stressful and most comfortable. This is the position to maintain when you’re standing, walking, and beginning or ending any exercise. When you wake up in the morning, roll onto your side and wake up and when standing place your hands on your waist and stretch your spine slowly.
In care your symptoms persists or worsens it is best to meet your physician or orthopedician. You can meet a physiotherapist to teach you the exercises.
