Could be Back Strain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,

In case of severe back pain I normally start with pain killers ,muscle relaxants , Local heal and application of analgesic cream.
Also take certain precautions- No weight lifting , No forward bending and avoid prolonged sitting.
Try this for one week and if there is no relief , then consult your orthopedic surgeon or get back to me.
