Suggest Treatment For Severe Bloating And Nausea

Question : Bloating of the stomach has gone on for 7 hours now. It feels as though my stomach is going to pop because it is so bloated. I didn't eat any more than usual today. Nausea. Very little defecation so far. Healthy 21 year old male.

What is going on and what can I do?

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
You seem to be suffering from Acute Gastritis.
Your symptoms are classical for that.
I advise following in such scenario:
1. To take a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
2. To take Syrup containing Simethicone like Digene.
3. To take Soft, bland diet.
4. Avoid smoking and Alcohol in case you do.
Now, in case if in last 2-3 days you have consumed alcohol, let me know.
