Hi,

I assume the body pain is part of other symptoms you discussed with the doctor earlier. In this circumstance where you have body pain with throat pain and fever, these symptoms represent infection more likely a viral infection.

I will recommend you continuing pain medications like tablet dolo 650mg thrice a day along with salt water gargles and cetrizine 10mg at night for the next 3 days. Rest adequately. Drink plenty of fluids. Take fresh fruits and vegetables.

The body pain will subside as you get over the current infection.
