Question : I pulled my backout lifting my 55 lb dog in my truck. It sounded like everything in my lower back cracked and felt like my insides were being pushed aside. Went to urgent care who gave me dixcloflenac and trazadol but hasn't stopped the pain. This happened on Monday and still painful when I sit and get up, wake in the am and get out of bed..what should I do?

As per your description, you need a muscle relaxant tablet.
Apart from Diclofenac and Tramadol which are very good pain killers,you need a Muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg which i prescribe to my patients with similar complaints. Hot fomentation will help.
