Can be esophageal regurge or gastric pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it doesn't seem to be arising from heart or lungs but likely explanation which is left is gastric or esophageal pains as GERD or esophageal regurge nay present like this and gets relieved momentarily when you try to eat something due to anterograde persisalsis and comes back again as you stop however chest discomfort should ideally have an EKG to rule out cardiac issue if possible, due to gravity of the problem.

Meanwhile for the current issue using motility agents like domperidone alongwith antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole before meals may help with the symptoms. Avoid using heavy, greasy or junk meals and fizzy drinks. Also avoid lying down after meals. If problem persists you may need upper GI tract endoscopy or manometery.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope this has answered your query, If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
